Dale P. Donadio
Lead Pastor
Dale is Lead Pastor of River of Life Worship Center. and is an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God He and his wife, Angela, have two children, Gabrielle and Christian. Dale was born in Fairbanks, Alaska and grew up in Kenai and Eagle River, Alaska as the son of a Missionary Pastor. He graduated from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri with a pre-law degree and from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity (MDiv). He has been Lead Pastor of River of Life since 1997. Prior to becoming Lead Pastor, Pastor Dale was the Youth Pastor from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, he served as Chaplain and instructor in a private Christian school in Maui, Hawaii. Dale takes pleasure from being a Pastor and in participating in all kinds of sports. His favorite teams are the New York Yankees and the New York Giants. He has traveled and ministered throughout the United States and overseas.
Angela Donadio
Worship & Fine Arts Pastor
Angela grew up in a Pastor’s home where music was always a part of her life. After graduating from Evangel University with a Bachelor’s in Music Education, she taught music in Christian and public schools and performed professionally. She is an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God and started the ministry, Voice of the Voiceless, to deprived regions of Northern Ghana. She loves traveling and speaking to women, leading people in worship, and most of all being with her family – her husband, Dale, and 2 children, Gabrielle and Christian.
Jeff Fulford
Associate Pastor
Jeff Fulford was born in Ruislip England into an Air Force family. From there he quickly moved to Mississippi, Thailand, Montana, and Virginia – where his family settled. Jeff graduated from Courtland High School and Valley Forge Christian College, where he met his wife Tracy. While attending River of Life, Jeff began feeling a call into ministry and susbsequently joined the pastoral staff and is now an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God. Jeff enjoys reading, music, drawing, and studying Theology and Apologetics. He recently received his Master of Arts in Theology degree from Liberty University and is working towards a Masters of Divinity degree through Liberty University as well.
Jacob Al-Hassan
Discipleship Pastor
Pastor Jacob is bi-vocational and, in addition to his ministry at River of Life, he works for Bank of America Home Loans. He is originally from the African country of Ghana, and desires to see Christ move in that country. He and his wife Ivy have three sons, Philemon, Theo, and Titus. He loves to talk about Jesus and see people ministering wherever God wants them. After serving as an Associate Pastor for four years at First Assembly of Church in Triangle VA, Pastor Jacob became a credential minister of the Assemblies of God, Potomac District in June 2003. He subsequently became the Associate Pastor at First Assembly of God in Triangle, Virginia. He served there under Rev. Cliff Burroughs, the former Senior Pastor, until January 2006. It was then that he joined ROLWC, where he began serving as Discipleship Pastor in September 2007.
Tracy Fulford
Associate Pastor
Associate Pastor, Tracy Fulford, originally hails from Queens, NY. Having made the decision to follow Christ at the age of fifteen, her journey eventually led her to Valley Forge Christian College. There she obtained a Bachelors degree in Religious Education. She has taught preschool as well as second and fifth grades. Currently, Pastor Tracy oversees the Missions and Children’s C.E. Departments. In March of 2009 she hosted the Refuge+Love, Special Needs Conference. One of her long term goals is to establish a vital Special Needs Program at River of Life Worship Center. Tracy is married to fellow VFCC alumnus, Pastor Jeff Fulford. Together they are in the process of adopting a baby from China.
Mike Dudley
Student Ministries Pastor
Pastor Mike is originally from Winston-Salem NC. Born into a pastor’s home he accepted Christ at a young age and felt the call to full time ministry when he was 16. Pastor Mike is a Certified Minister with the Assemblies of God. He has studied God’s Word at Piedmont Bible College, Virginia Baptist College and is currently enrolled in the Potomac School of Ministry. Pastor Mike and his wife Missie have three children – Griffin, Libby, and Eleanor. Pastor Mike and Missie have a deep passion for teenagers and young adults. They began a bible study club on the campus of the University of Mary Washington where they have served as on campus pastor for the past three years. Now serving as the Student Pastor here at River of Life he is excited to see what great things God has planned for our middle school and high school students. He believes our youth are won to the Lord and discipled one at a time. Pastor Mike and Missie feel a strong desire to build healthy relationships with every student that God sends to our church.
Lisa Evans
Children’s Ministry Leader
Lisa was born and raised in Johnstown, PA. She is a wife to Scott and mother of 3 children, Shane, Drew, and Chelsea. She began working in children’s ministry in 2007, when she heard the call from the Lord to become a Children’s Pastor. Lisa is a Certified Minister with the Assemblies of God. She is also a student of the Potomac School of Ministry and is in the process of becoming a Licensed Minister with the Assemblies of God. The Lord has blessed her with innovative ways to teach children about Jesus and to equip them for the call on their lives.
